The Seasons of Life: A Gentle Reminder to Keep Growing

Have you ever noticed how life has this funny way of shifting… just when you think you finally understand where you are? Boom, something happens and you’re at the start again.

Honestly speaking, as I am writing this post, feels hard to believe that I am actually growing right now, the feeling is I’m more like stuck than moving.

On the other side, there are days and moments everything feels clear, full of energy and direction.
And other days or moments, me (and you) might be sitting on the bed wondering, “Why does everything feel stuck?”

But I’ve learned something over the years — from my own ups and downs, from motherhood, from relationships, from quiet mornings where I’ve had to talk myself back into hope:

Life moves in seasons.
Not in perfection.
Not in straight lines.
But in rhythms.

And every season, even the ones that feel heavy or confusing, is shaping us in ways we don’t always see.

And it’s always about a decision. Weather I  remain in this “stucked feeling” or i move onto the light depends on me (and you) to be willing to move forward and truly take responsibility of our lives.

Today i want to remind you tho, that life comes in seasons. In whatever season you are currently, embrace yourself and live it fully, because certainly God is giving us great lessons and helping us to thrive in the next stages of life.

Spring: When Life Whispers, “Try Again.”

Spring doesn’t always arrive with fireworks.
Sometimes it begins with something small — a thought, a desire, a quiet shift inside you.

A moment when you say,
“I want better for myself.”
“I want to heal this part of me.”
“I want to start again.”

Spring is hope… but a fragile kind of hope.

It teaches us that it’s okay to take baby steps.
It’s okay if you’re scared.
It’s okay if you’re not confident yet.

All that matters is that tiny movement toward a new beginning.

Summer: The Season of Momentum (and a Little Bit of Magic)

Summer feels like those times when things finally start clicking.
Your routines feel good.
Your relationships feel lighter.
You wake up with more energy.
You start believing in yourself again.

Even small progress feels like a victory.

Summer reminds us that we are capable.
That the work we’re doing matters.
That joy grows when we let ourselves enjoy the moment.

It’s the season of saying:
“I’m proud of how far I’ve come.”

Autumn: The Quiet Courage of Letting Go

Autumn is one of the hardest seasons — but also one of the most freeing.

This is the time when life asks us to release things:
old habits, painful memories, unrealistic expectations, people who no longer meet us with love.

Letting go is not weakness.
It is one of the most powerful forms of growth.

Autumn whispers:
“You don’t have to carry what hurts you.”
“You’re allowed to change.”
“You’re allowed to outgrow what no longer fits.”

And yes… sometimes letting go breaks your heart before it heals it.

But it does heal.

Winter: The Season (maybe) No One Loves but Everyone Needs

Winter is that season where things feels still.
Slower.
Sometimes lonely.
Sometimes like life is on pause. But sometimes we might really need this time, when life feels somehow on hold. There is something about it that’s feels good, because our heart, mind and body needs it. Remember those childhood days when we eagerly waited for our winter break? Back then was just for the fun, now might be because our whole being needs it.

I know back then it was okay and even amazing, because we had no responsabilities, no job, no bills to pay, no children to take care of, and the list goes on … but believe me, now its okay still, because time by time we need a reset..

A Final, Heartfelt Reminder

I’ve learned — slowly, sometimes painfully — that life isn’t meant to be perfect or constant.
It’s meant to be lived, felt, and trusted.

Before you close this page, let me tell you something I’m reminding myself now and had to remind myself many, many times :

Whatever season you’re in right now… it’s okay.
Truly.

Your life is unfolding in its own rhythm — a rhythm that is uniquely yours. And I promise you this: with every season, even the hard and quiet ones, you are becoming stronger, softer, wiser, and more yourself.

And if no one has told you this lately, let me be the one:

You’re doing better than you think.
Really.
I’m proud of you.
